Return Policy – Elyte Nutrition

At Elyte Nutrition, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process to make things right. 1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, in the same condition that you received it.

2. Process for Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
(a.) Contact our customer support team at info@elytenutrition.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
(b.) Once you receive the RA number, securely package the product along with a copy of your purchase receipt and the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
(c.) Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refund Process:

(a.) Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
(b.) If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [number of days] business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
